RATES

You would have no doubt compared our rates with the average hotels which can be overcrowded and impersonal. The Villa rates are the exclusive use of the whole property and not per person.

Maximum occupancy 6
Minimum stay is 3 nights

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental price is required to confirm all reservations. For more inquiries or to submit your request please CLICK HERE.

Weekly rates are based on 7 nights. The villa is available for occupation from 3:00 pm local time on the day of arrival and check out is at 12:00 pm local time on the day of departure. Extra nights are based on the rates detailed below. Should you require an earlier arrival time or later departure time, please make it known at the time of booking.
